This visit has been postponed until the Spring

Max 19 tickets, £15 pp  Ref: 2021V02

We will meet Alastair Lack, an Oxford alumni and Blue Badge guide at 1.45pm at the Ashmolean Museum. We will then enjoy a walking tour of the centre of Oxford, taking in the Radcliffe Camera, the Sheldonian and the University church.  In addition, we shall go into Exeter College to see the famous chapel, the medieval hall and the garden, which provides one of the finest views in Oxford.

Optional morning visit to the Ashmolean where there are a number of special exhibitions in addition to the regular displays. Members might like to book tickets for themselves online, around 11.00am which should leave time for a leisurely lunch. If you would like to have lunch at the Rooftop Restaurant please let me know and I will book a table for 12.40. There is also a café downstairs.

Organise your own travel to Oxford. The Oxford Tube stops at Marble Arch/Notting Hill Gate/Shepherds Bush and runs every 20 minutes. Suggested times will be circulated later.
