Battersea Power Station has had a remarkable transformation into the centrepiece for a new residential area, with the riverfront and gardens surrounding the power station transformed from industrial wharves for off-loading coal into lawns and informal prairie-style planting.

Meet at 10.30 at the entrance of Battersea Power Station tube (terminus of the Northern Line). The ticket, to be booked in advance and by 28 April, costs £19pp (this ticket does not include the cost of using the chimney lift). This visit is also open to friends of Members.
